Yoga is one of the best ways to relax your body and you mind. Practicing any type of yoga can decrease all kinds of threats to your health.

Do you accept yoga newbies?

Beginners and first timers are always welcomed. This is a space for everyone - no matter your experience level. We recommend starting with a class labeled "beginner."

Yes, it’s absolutley possible to book your class on our website. Just find a time and date on the course calendar. We can't wait to see you!
