Women's Essence + Vitality

Join us in coordination with Skin + Tonic as they lead you through an afternoon of self-care and education all about taking care of your female body.  Enjoy learning from speakers about pelvic floor, HRT, Body Alignment, and Nutritional Support. Experience a breathwork and sound bath session, chakra readings and an optional Reiki energy healing.
