MINDFUL MAY:
MENTAL HEALTH MONTH CHALLENGE

May is mental health month! Instead of aiming for a daily practice that may not be practical with the demands of life, this challenge's goal of 3x/ week strives to make a consistent practice an attainable habit for overall health, physical and mental.

Participate in the challenge and commit to 31 days of personal mindfulness and wellness:
1. Sign up to register for the challenge, it's free!
2. Make it a goal to practice in the studio 3x/ week for the month of May. Each visit will count towards an entry into our raffle at the end of the month for a chance to win a free month of unlimited yoga! Take a photo of you practicing at the studio and tag us in socials for an extra entry! (must be registered to qualify).
3.Grab a calendar at the front desk and use it for inspiration to do something for yourself each day.
4. Follow us on socials for weekly journal prompts each Sunday through the month of May.
