We have yoga classes for all levels of yogi accompanied by a group of experienced Yoga Alliance-certified teachers to help guide you along the way! Just bring yourself, we'll take care of the rest.
Hot Vinyasa is a partially guided, breath driven class moves through a continuous flow of postures, designed to build strength, flexibility and focus. You will be guided through a number of flows and invited to move at your own pace in a room heated to 90 degrees!
Power Flow is a fully guided meditative, strength-building class designed to deepen awareness. Movements are deliberate and intentional; students will hold postures longer to cultivate endurance, stability, and focus. Expect creative sequencing, rhythmic beats, slower transitions, and an emphasis on control rather than speed in a non heated room.
Slow Flow is a fully guided class offers a calm and supportive environment to explore foundational yoga poses at a slow, mindful pace in a non heated room.
Release and Restore (R&R) is a fully guided floor based class, offering postures that are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This allows for a deeper stretch, getting into the body's deeper connective tissues in a non heated room.Â
Expect creative use of the wall as a prop to both support and challenge you. Mixing flow, mobility and relaxation, this class will be grounding and energizing. Dedicated to finding breath awareness and balance in a non heated room.
Short form Ashtanga is a condensed practice of the traditional Ashtanga primary series. There is a prescribed set of postures done in the same order which is fully guided by the instructor in a non heated room.
Mat Pilates is a fully guided, low-impact class focused on building core strength, stability, and mindful movement. Through controlled, breath-supported exercises, you’ll move through a series of intentional sequences designed to improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness. Using props such as resistance bands, balls, and magic circles, this class offers both support and challenge as you’re invited to work at your own pace and tune into precise, powerful movement in a non heated room.
