YOGA CLASS STYLES
We have yoga classes for all fitness levels and a group of experienced Yoga Alliance certified teachers to guide you along the way.

HOT VINYASA
Poses with deep breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement. There is no standard sequence, so the style, pace, and intensity will vary depending on the teacher. This class is upbeat, fast, and hot!
Room temperature: 90 degrees
Music level: Loud!
HATHA
The movements are slow and deliberate; the poses will challenge your strength and flexibility while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Room temperature: 75 degrees
Music level: Medium
VIN YIN
Half vinyasa class, half Yin class. The first half of class will be hot, fast-paced, and loud. The second half will be slow, passive, and soft. You will move into deep stretches in the yin portion, holding passive poses.
Room temperature: 90 degrees
Music level: loud then soft for Yin
SLOW FLOW
Low impact sequence of poses at about 3-5 breaths per pose. This class is non-heated and fully guided. Open to all levels.
Room temperature: 75 degrees
Music level: medium
ASHTANGA
Often called the healing practice, rigorous but accessible for all. There are a prescribed set of postures, done in the same order. There is no music played in Ashtanga.
Room temperature: ~75+ degrees
Music level: No music
YIN YOGA
Slow-paced, therapeutic style targeting the deep connective tissues. Either seated or lying down each pose for about 3-10 minutes each.
Room temperature: 75 degrees.
Music level: soft and calming
