TO BOOK A CLASS
YOU NEED TO GET:

HOT VINYASA
Our hot vinyasa classes focus on fluid movements and purposeful transitions between postures, combining breath and motion. This approach enhances strength, flexibility, and mindfulness both on and off the mat. These classes are perfect for individuals who have a basic understanding of foundational yoga poses and enjoy flowing on their own in a heated studio to modern music, which is sometimes played loudly.
HATHA
Our Hatha Yoga classes blend physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation methods to enhance the connection between body and mind. Practitioners of all levels are invited to explore this foundational form of yoga, emphasizing alignment, mindfulness, and a slower-paced approach. The classes aim to improve flexibility, build strength, and promote well-being. The studio is warm and welcoming; the music is mellow and calming.
POWER YOGA
Introducing our new Power Yoga classes! This high-energy experience blends traditional yoga with a modern approach. Power Yoga is a fast-paced, strength-building practice emphasizing fluid movements, core engagement, and breath control. These classes promote physical and mental resilience and combine endurance with mindfulness. The studio is heated, and the music depends on the teacher's vibe.
SLOW FLOW
Slow Flow is a yoga class that takes you from Hatha to Vinyasa. It includes low-impact sequences of postures, where you are encouraged to hold each pose for about 3-5 breaths as you learn to create a flow between them. This helps deepen your connection between breath and movement, enhancing your mindfulness during the practice. You can enjoy this flow-as-you-go practice in our warm studio while modern music plays appropriately for the vibe.
ASHTANGA
In our Ashtanga class, you'll practice a specific sequence of poses, honing your body and breath with each posture. This disciplined class aims to cultivate strength, flexibility, and focus. With no music in a comfortably heated space, you'll have the opportunity to nurture your headspace while experiencing the strength and flexibility of this structured yoga style.
YIN YOGA
In Yin Yoga, floor-based postures are held for longer periods, typically ranging from three to five minutes or more. This allows for a slow, meditative approach to stretching the body’s deeper connective tissues. Through these longer holds, you will release tension, restore mobility and enhance joint flexibility, while experiencing inner calm. This soothing practice is suitable for all levels and invites you to unwind, find stillness, and embark on a peaceful, meditative journey within a relaxed and supportive environment.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Join us for Restorative Yoga, a calming and rejuvenating practice that promotes relaxation and deep healing. In these classes, you'll experience gentle poses supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing your body to relax into each posture fully. Restorative Yoga encourages a profound release of tension and stress, fostering a sense of renewal and balance, perfect for all levels. The studio is warm; the music is calming and in sync with season.
