Most students in the 300-hour program are actively teaching, but that doesn't mean you have to be! With our team of highly qualified and experience teachers, our goal is to provide you with high quality, in person teacher training that will help you lead with confidence.

Highlights of the Brighton Yoga Center 300-hour training include:

• Fully immerse yourself in our in-person format. Engage with instructors and peers throughout the course for a hands on experience.

•Take a deep dive into anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, alignment, meditation, mantra, pranayama, philosophy, yoga ethics, and business of yoga.

• Further develop your authentic voice as a teacher and leader through self-study, observation, communication and group dynamics.

•Timeline: This fully immersive experience is intensive. You will meet every Thursday, and every other Saturday and Sunday. We break for major holidays.

Brighton Yoga Center's 300-hour teacher training program builds upon and refines the tools gained from previous trainings and experiences to help you further develop your authentic voice as a teacher and leader, both in and out of the studio.

270 hours of intensive hands on, in-person training with ERYT 500 Andi Clothier.

30 hours of outside reading, individual study, practice teaching/ formal feedback, karma/ seva project preparation and observation.

Anyone who has completed a Yoga Alliance Certified, 200-hour teacher training program, at Brighton Yoga Center or anywhere else, and would like to continue developing their training as a yoga teacher is eligible to enroll in the Brighton Yoga Center 300-hour program. Graduates of Brighton Yoga Center's 200-hour Teacher Training receive a $350 discount off the full program tuition when paid in full.

Brighton Yoga Center's 300- hour training program is accredited through the Yoga Alliance. After completing a 200 hour program and the Brighton Yoga Center 300-hour program, you will be certified as a 500-hour RYT.
