Fascia Release + Yoga Nidra

Join Catherine Walker as she guides you through a fascia-informed yin practice that weaves long-held, supported poses with moments of simple self-massage and guided tissue awareness, offering space for both physical and nervous system release.

Throughout class, you’ll receive accessible education about fascia and how slowness, gentle pressure, and mindful attention support deep unwinding.

We’ll close with an extended yoga nidra focused on interoception—inviting you to sense the body from the inside out and rest in the experience of being held, supported, and at ease.

No prior experience required—just a willingness to slow down and listen within.
