APRIL: INTERCONNECTEDNESS
April invites us to remember something we often forget—we are not separate, we are deeply INTERCONETED. To each other, to our breath, and to the world around us.
In nature, this truth is quietly on display. Beneath the forest floor, trees are in constant communication. Their roots intertwine, forming vast underground networks that share nutrients, send signals, and support one another through changing conditions. Even different species of trees participate in this exchange—working together to sustain the health of the whole forest. No tree thrives alone.
As we move through this month, we’re invited to reflect on our own connections. Just like those roots, we are constantly influencing and supporting one another—through our energy, our words, and our presence. In your yoga practice, this connection begins within. Each breath links mind to body. Each movement is a conversation between strength and softness. And as you share space in the studio, your practice becomes part of something larger—a collective rhythm of growth, healing, and support. Off the mat, this awareness can ripple outward. How we care for ourselves impacts how we show up for others, this can tie back into the 5 Yamas! How we treat the earth and others around us reflects how we honor that connection.
Small actions—choosing presence, offering kindness, moving with intention—become meaningful contributions to the whole.
This April, let your practice be a reminder: you are not alone, and you were never meant to be. Like the roots beneath the trees, we are all part of something beautifully interconnected. 🌿

Hosted the Saturday before Mother’s Day with Catherine, Kelly and Alissa. This experience makes a meaningful gift for a mother figure in your life — or a beautiful way to honor yourself.

MOVE WITH MOM POP-UP

Join us for a heart-centered evening designed to fill your cup, celebrate womanhood, and create meaningful memories—whether you’re a mom, bringing your mom, or simply showing up for yourself. This special event honors the many ways we nurture, support, and connect—with ourselves and with each other. Expect an uplifting atmosphere rooted in movement, laughter, and presence. 4:00 PM | Move With Mom (Teens + Adults) A soulful, all-levels class for teenagers and adults to move alongside their moms—or independently if you prefer. This practice weaves together mindful movement, breath, and connection, offering space to slow down, share an experience, and celebrate the women in your life (including you).
5:30 PM | Mom + Tot Movement (Ages 3–10) A playful and engaging class designed just for little ones and their grown-ups. Through age-appropriate yoga, games, and imaginative movement, children will explore their bodies and creativity in a safe, welcoming space—while building sweet, lasting memories together.

RESTORATIVE YOGA & MOVIE NIGHT: EAT, PRAY, LOVE.

Unwind, indulge, and reconnect during this cozy, soul-nourishing workshop inspired by Eat. Pray. Love.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of gentle restorative yoga lead by Amanda—inviting you to slow down, soften, and settle into your body.
Then, sink deeper into comfort as the studio transforms into a dreamy movie lounge, complete with bolsters, blankets, and all the cozy vibes. As we watch Eat. Pray. Love., you’ll be invited to reflect on its themes of self-discovery, balance, and following your inner voice—leaving with inspiration you can carry into your own life.
Popcorn, candy, and lemonade will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring any additional snacks or beverages to make your experience even sweeter.
