MARCH: A SEASON OF RENEWAL & GENTLE MOMENTUM


As winter softens and the first hints of spring begin to emerge, March invites us into a season of renewal — not through force, but through quiet awakening. The days grow brighter, the air feels lighter, and beneath the surface, life begins to stir again. This is your reminder that you don’t have to bloom overnight. Growth often begins invisibly.


In yoga, we honor this transition by shifting from deep winter introspection toward gentle forward movement. You may feel a natural pull to stretch more, breathe deeper, move with a little more energy, or recommit to practices that nourish you. Trust that instinct. Your body knows the season is changing.


March is a beautiful time to set intentions that feel spacious rather than rigid. Instead of asking, “What should I accomplish?” try asking, “What wants to grow?” Maybe it’s consistency in your practice. Maybe it’s rest. Maybe it’s courage, patience, or simply showing up for yourself in small ways.


On the mat, this month is about building momentum without pressure. A few mindful breaths. One class at a time. One compassionate choice after another. Just as nature doesn’t rush the blooming process, you don’t need to rush yours.


Let March be the bridge between who you’ve been and who you are becoming.

Create & Restore: A Spring Mini Retreat: A special Saturday gathering before Mother’s Day


Step into spring with intention, softness, and space to breathe. Create & Restore is a four-hour mini retreat designed to help you reset, reconnect, and gently realign for the season ahead. Hosted the Saturday before Mother’s Day with Catherine, Kelly and Alissa. This experience makes a meaningful gift for a mother figure in your life — or a beautiful way to honor yourself.
