Reiki Training: Levels I & II
Reiki Level 1:
Join Reiki Master, Isabella Saracino as she teaches you the basic symbols and history of Usui Reiki. To assist in balancing chakra systems for the betterment of our well-being and learning each characteristic chakra in the body. This knowledge will provide you with the ability to practice reiki on yourself. For optimal results when practicing for the first time, we will use our own energetic bodies as reference to deepen our relationship with accessing our attunements. You will leave with a Level 1 Reiki Certificate. ​

Reiki Level 2:
​After at least 21 days of the first attunement gained from Reiki 1 certification, students will learn how to open Okuden (life force energy) to other beings and the world. We will be practicing with each other to learn how to safely remove chakra blockages and open them with Okuden. In addition, we will also learn long distance Reiki. (Reiki 1 must be completed before signing up for Reiki 2).

About the instructor:
Isabella Saracino a certified Reiki Master under the teachings of Melissa Zenaib of Highest Healing Bodyworks. She sought out the journey of healing through reiki therapy after a lifelong connection to the spirit world. Isabella's personal connection guided her to help others walk the path. Throughout her years of practice, she has prioritized ensuring that her clients feel supported whether they are being taught the sacred symbols of reiki or receiving those symbols.
