Winter Solstice: YinYasa & Nidra

As the days reach their shortest and the nights stretch long, this practice invites you to pause, breathe, and honor the quiet magic of winter. Join Catherine Walker for a deeply relaxing Yin Yasa + Yoga Nidra experience designed to help you restore balance and reconnect with your inner light.

 

We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yasa sequence — flowing mindfully through movement before melting into long, grounding yin holds that soothe body and mind. The practice will close with 20–30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation for deep rest and renewal.

This class offers space to release the old, welcome the new, and find peace in the stillness of winter.
